“We had Smoke Incorporated BBQ cater our Superbowl Party in 2011. We chose the drop off service, which was fine. All of the entrees and side dishes were hot, and ready to eat. It was a fairly small affair and we had more food than we needed . This was OK because we didn't have any problem convincing people to take food home. Everyone at the party really loved the Ribs and Chicken. The overall experience was just what I had expected, no surprises, except that the amount of BBQ beans was enough to feed a small town. I would definitely recommend Smoke Incorporated BBQ over the other caterers I have used in the past. If not for the excellent Ribs, but just the ease of having very little to do after the food was dropped off.”
